This is a great bartenders guide. It provides a lot of information about making cocktails and the ingredients and methods used. This app is light years ahead of all of the other bartender apps Ive downloaded. Id give it 6 stars, if I could.

Im a bartender and this has got to be the best cocktail app Ive seen so far, and Ive gone through a lot that had half of what this has.

But missing some common ingredients to look up. Very detailed in what it has and a great for new bartenders.

Not loving the look of this app past the logo. The "shake" to get a surprise cocktail is stupid. Not enough ease of use to make me want to purchase. I will delete and keep searching.

Has a multitude of drinks, I like that the drink recipes have step by step directions. I’m constantly trying new bourbon/whiskey drinks at home & now I can order the ones I like when I go out. I don’t use the app often, but when I do, it works well.

Hello I got the premium membership for a year but it is not letting me see the cocktail they call premium. I sent them an email but nobody has responded yet.

I love getting the happy hour notifications!!

I bought the premium for the year, thinking I could look at drinks recipes from my watch (as advertised).. When I go to open any of the cocktails deemed as “premium subscription” necessary to view, the watch says I need to subscribe, even though on my phone I can see them just fine.

7 out of 10 recipes I have tried to look up are inaccessible unless I pay for the premium app. Ridiculous. After I realized what was happening I looked up some of the old mainstays. An OLD FASHIONED is premium content. Are you kidding me!? Deleting, I don’t the time for this kind of nonsense

At first start I get a terms of service that says "we and our partners" may collect detailed location data. No way. There's absolutely no need for that. Deleted instantly.

Bought the "PRO” app fo $5.26, just to realize you need a subscription to fully use it.

Could use a few more traditional recipes

I like the app, I like the design, the only thing is that sometimes you’re looking at the ingredients and for example they are “Gin, Lime Juice, Maraschino Liqueur, Simple Syrup and cherries and the cocktail picture it’s yellow! Like what, how and what ingredient is making the cocktail yellow as if it had orange juice, but it doesn’t mention anything about yellow ingredients. I’ve seen that in different cocktails. It’s weird, like they chose the wrong picture for the cocktai.

This app has many features. I happily purchased the pro version. Glad it is not a subscription.

Nothing but good things to say about this app. Wide variety of classic cocktails as well as modern.

It’s not a bad selection i just find it tacky with the constant ads, be better to just lock some of the cocktails behind a membership, instead of having to then deal with constant stupid ads

Great app! Love to see how to not only build the drink but how the drink should be presented. But I really like having the daily drink pop to remind of drinks that I forgot and can suggest that sound good to my customers.

If I start the app after purchasing Cocktails Pro, and AN APP PLAYS, your promise of NO APPS is a lie. Either fix this or refund me! Otherwise, quality app.

I love the fact it’s easy to use and has pictures of the drinks so you know what it’s supposed to look like when finished. Only thing that would make it better would be more drinks.

I like that you can use the Apple Watch but you don’t have capability to add your own drink recipes. No help menu

I like that I can put in ingredients that I have on hand and it was search for drinks that I can make with them :)

Not perfect but very few apps are. Handy when you have ingredients but don’t know what you can make of them. Reasonably easy to search & instructions are clear. Improvements would be greater number of drinks and a bit of history of each.

I love this app! It delivers a cocktail a day and always a surprise. You can look up anything by ingredient or alcohol. Very easy to use!

Downloaded multiple times, same results!! Waste of time. There is better around.

I downloaded the app to check it out and it only allowed me to open it if I clicked on purchasing it.

How did this get such good reviews? Ingredient list doesn't work well. They "bourbon" which doesn't return the result "Manhattan". If you search for Manhattan you'll see most of the drinks call for Canadian whiskey (none specifies bourbon). Search for "whiskey" and - lo and behold! - finally there is a drink that can be made from bourbon (whiskey sour). "Scotch" and "blended scotch" both return no results although a search for "Rob roy" returns several drinks that include scotch. Then there are the pop-up ads. :-( Just delete this app. Better ones out there.

i downloaded the free app to try it out. when using the reverse cocktail feature, it did not find tia maria or coffee liqueur or jack daniels or american whiskey. disappointing

buy the app on my iPhone and switch to a new one. When I download the application does not appear that asks me to buy and buy again the professional part

The look is classy and the interface is easy to navigate. The list of drinks, their ingredients, and their mixing are all laid out very well. The catalog of drinks is HUGE and I discovered a host of new cocktails to try. I had a little trouble upgrading to the full version, but I tapped the "Restore Previous Purchases" in the settings and the problem resolved itself. Also, I wish the search function was a little more intuitive. Other than those two minor issues, I am highly pleased with this app. If drinks are your thing, this app is well worth the purchase price, though the free version is just as good (as long as you don't mind the ads).
